da cassino: Robin Van Persie has put both Manchester clubs on red alert after admitting he is likely to continue playing in the Premier League should he opt to leave Arsenal, the Metro reports.
da apostebet: The Dutchman is considering his future in North London after the Gunners’ awful start to the new season and with his contract due to expire in 2013.
Van Persie has reiterated that he is in no hurry to sign a new deal to keep him at the Emirates Stadium although his recent comments won’t inspire boss Arsene Wenger with much confidence.
He said: “I do not know (what I will do), I cannot predict the future,”
“But I think the Premiership is still the best league in the world, it gives me everything I want.
“When I came to Arsenal we immediately beat City. But in recent years much has happened in England.”
Both United and City have been credited with an interest in the 27-year-old who has struck five goals already and has revelled in his new role as Arsenal captain.
However the prospect of him leaving the club look increasingly likely and if no contract agreement is reached by January Sir Alex Ferguson and Roberto Mancini will fancy their chances of landing the striker.
The Gunners will want to avoid a repeat of the Samir Nasri saga and could cash in on Van Persie before his current deal expires at the end of next season.
