da dobrowin: The Telegraph have claimed that Emery has been tasked with securing a top-four finish this season to continue into a third term at the helm, with anything but Champions League football for next season expected to spell the end for the Spaniard in North London.
Plenty of supporters have grown frustrated with the former Sevilla and Paris Saint-Germain head coach, though, and many have been discussing if Emery should be given a November deadline to show his redeeming credentials.

Arsenal play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend before travelling to Leicester City on November 9, after which the international break would offer the Gunners a chance to find a replacement for Emery before facing Southampton.
The Emirates Stadium outfit are currently fifth in the Premier League standings and four points behind third and fourth-placed Leicester and Chelsea after the opening ten games of the term, having won four of their top-flight fixtures.
As well as noting Arsenal’s intention of securing Champions League football, the Telegraph added that Emery faces a fight to convince his squad that he is the right man for the job.
Players are said to be questioning his tactics and divides are appearing in the dressing room over the Spaniard’s treatment of Mesut Ozil, who has frequently been frozen out of the squad, and his handling of record-signing Nicolas Pepe.
